With a misdiagnosed early menopause as anxiety at a key point in my career, I had to take time out of my role to understand why my body was changing and how I could manage those changes. I did not want to choose between my body or well-earned career and business.
So, turning my situation into an opportunity I embarked on my mission to fully understand why my body was changing and how I could manage these changes. But more importantly I did not want another woman in business to go through what I did!
